Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to bookings/enquiries made via StayDirectIN.com, operated by NIKISOFT (India). Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by the individual hotel/provider’s policy shown during booking/confirmation.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellation rules (free/partial/non-refundable) are displayed at booking/confirmation.
- Provider may apply charges based on dates, inventory rules, packages, or inclusions.
2. Refund Eligibility
If your booking is eligible, the refund is initiated after the provider confirms the cancellation/refund request.
3. Platform / Convenience Fees
If any platform/convenience fee is charged, it may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Disputes
Users should first try to resolve disputes directly with the provider. StayDirectIN may assist in communication but is not responsible for final outcomes unless required by law.
