Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to harm the Platform or its users

4. Partner / Hotel Listings

Providers are responsible for listing accuracy (pricing, availability, images, rules)
Providers must comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or service quality of third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, branding, logos, designs, and software are owned by NIKISOFT or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIKISOFT shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Losses arising from third-party services, bookings, cancellations, or disputes

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
